Chicharron de chancho
Ingredients:
- 400 grams of pork rib
- 140 grams of pork butter
-1/2 stalk of celery
-1/2 stalk of leek
- I tablespoon minced garlic
- Sybaritic seasoning
- Pepper
- 1 lemon
- 2 golden patatoes
- 1 julienned onion
- 2 tablespoons of hot pepper
- 1/2 chopped tomato
Directions:
1. First, cook the pork meat in a container. Add the celery stalks and leeks, and the garlic, salt seasoning and pepper. It should boil for approximately 40 minutes.
2. Then, once it has boiled and you feel that the pork is ready, take it out of the container and let id dry
3. Next, season the pork again with salt and a little lemon
4. In a skillet add the butter and let in heat, up while you prepare the salad or you can brown the potato
5. With the hot butter place the pleces of pork.
6. Finally, the chicharron is ready, we serve it on a plate with its potatoes and salad.
